Tears in Heaven is a spin-off from the It / Those series. The vast stream of images circulating on social media contains an overwhelming range of contexts and emotions—far beyond what we, as humans, can fully comprehend.

Tears are said to fall when we are faced with something beyond understanding. These works are traces—tears that spill from the virtual realm and are entrusted to gravity as they flow.

「Tears in Heaven」は「その-それら」シリーズからの派生シリーズである。ソーシャルメディア上に流れる膨大なイメージ群にはわれわれ人間には把握できないほど多様な文脈と感情が背景に存在する。
